RETURN DETAILS

At CLÖUD BABY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we have a simple and fair policy. Please note that to be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must:

 

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

• Include all original tags and labels

• Not be damaged or show signs of wear

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

• Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process

• Receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s)

• Ship the item(s) back to us within 15 days of receiving the return label

 

RETURN FEE

 

• A fee of $7.50 will be charged for all returns receiving a refund

• However, if you choose to receive store credit, this fee is waived

 

REFUND OPTIONS

 

• Once we receive and process your returned item(s), you can choose from:

    + A full refund to the original payment method (minus the $7.50 return fee)

    + A store credit for the full amount

    + An exchange for a different size/color (if applicable)
